Wednesday practice update

I won't be at practice Wednesday until 4pm.  I should have a big group of vaulters meeting me. Also, I invite anyone out who needs to brush up on some technique or get a workout in before sectionals on Friday.  If you are already meeting with your event coaches, disregard this.
